OUR STORY
Preston Allen Homes was founded in 2009 by Kurt Stark, who brings over 30 years of home building experience across multiple markets, including Charleston, SC, Charlotte, NC, and Albuquerque, NM. Family ties planted Kurt in Fort Wayne, IN, where he has assembled a skilled team of designers and project managers, bringing together more than 50 years of expertise. Together, they are dedicated to building exceptional homes that exemplify quality and craftsmanship.

Our introduction to Fort Wayne began with the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, where we had the privilege of revitalizing historic homes. As that program concluded, we embraced a new chapter, focusing on designing and building custom homes. Each new project inspires us to showcase our passion and skills, all while bringing our customers' visions to life.​​
