Our Story
Preston Allen Homes was founded in 2009 by Kurt Stark. Kurt has over 15 years of experience in home building in several markets including Charleston, SC, Charlotte, NC and Albuquerque, NM. Family ties planted Kurt in Fort Wayne, IN where he has assembled a team of designers and project managers with over 50 years' experience combined.

Our introduction to Fort Wayne was through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program by which we had the amazing opportunity to bring historic homes back to life. As that program came to an end, the team made the decision to begin designing and building custom homes. We're truly inspired by the opportunity that each new home brings for us to showcase our passions and talents through the lens of our customer's vision.
